Audio / Video CD-ROMs or DVD's
CD-ROMs and DVD's are a valuable, educational tool. MP3 technology allows us to put 30-40 hours of audio onto one CD-ROM that is easy to navigate on your PC or Mac. We can package an entire conference with the use of a CD-ROM that users can access anytime they want to learn more from the conference. Attendees don't have to worry about attending every session they need when they have the CD-ROM to use at home or office.
Tape cassettes are a thing of the past and MP3 is the wave of the future. Putting conference audio recordings on a multimedia CD-ROM means not having to sell bulky tapes that only hold one session per tape. People rarely use cassette decks any more and are now using MP3 players and CD's. With our CD-ROMs, the user can copy an MP3 from the CD-ROM and put it on their MP3 player or burn it onto an audio CD that can be played in their cars or home stereos.

Documentation / Conference Materials
Documentation can fill hundreds of sheets of paper. One CD-ROM containing documentation can replace an entire binder inches thick weighing several pounds! Conferences are a great example of how documentation is gathered for educational purposes. Speakers have slides and handouts to give to the attendees usually containing hundreds of pages, but with a CD-ROM, you never have to make hundreds of copies again. Simply gather the speaker PowerPoint presentations and documentation, and we will convert it all to pdf format and put it all on a single CD-ROM that is easy to navigate and search. They can view them on their computers and print out only what they need. These CD-ROMs can be sent out to attendees ahead of the show or handed out when they arrive. In addition to the documentation on the CD-ROM, we still have room to add other useful information about sponsors, future conference dates, locations or company profiles.
